ProcastiNot ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Data: When you sign up using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture via Firebase Authentication to securely manage and sync your account across devices.

B. Usage and Device Data: We store your active task lists, completion history, daily streak metrics, and operational timestamps. For the premium "Vice Control" feature, the app utilizes the restricted Android PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS permission to locally calculate your real-time application usage and screen time metrics via the Android UsageStatsManager. This screen time data is processed purely in memory on your physical hardware, is completely ephemeral, is never permanently archived, and is absolutely never uploaded to external servers or transmitted to third parties.

C. Hardware & System Permissions: To execute its core accountability functions, the application explicitly requests and requires the following Android manifest permissions:

• INTERNET: Required to synchronize your encrypted streak backups to Firebase and request ad inventories from AdMob.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS & SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Required by our local alarm engines to push mandatory accountability alerts a minute before tasks expire.
• BILLING: Required to process secure premium upgrades using the native Google Play Billing API infrastructure.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Required to automatically rebuild and reschedule your local accountability alarms immediately after your device completes a system reboot.

D. Physical Measurements (BMI Data): To calculate your baseline accountability metrics, the app asks for your height and weight. This health and fitness data is processed strictly locally on your device to generate a BMI verdict. This data is not uploaded to our servers, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising profiling.

2. Third-Party Core SDK Integrations

We utilize industry-standard external services that handle data according to their respective privacy frameworks:

• Firebase (Google): Cloud Firestore data syncing and authentication architectures.
• Google AdMob: Serves contextual banner and full-screen interstitial ads. AdMob uses unique device identifiers to deliver programmatic ad supply safely.
• RevenueCat: Handles encrypted digital receipt parsing and entitlement tracking. No raw banking or billing credentials pass through or are archived by us.

3. Account & Data Deletion

Your diagnostic data remains synced securely via Firebase to avoid data loss during fresh installation cycles. Users can request immediate, unrecoverable profile and database deletion by dispatching an explicit email to our central support address listed below.

4. Children's Privacy

ProcastiNot is strictly intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

By downloading, deploying, or interacting with the ProcastiNot mobile application, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these formal Terms and Conditions.

ProcastiNot is an uncompromised accountability tool utilizing rigid operational friction (including intentional streak wipes, rigid data validations, and explicit confirmation gating). You recognize and embrace that the visual assets and written copy across the system utilize a direct, aggressive, military-style formatting strictly optimized for discipline architecture.

2. Subscription Operations (RevenueCat / Google Play)

Premium features (e.g., Savage Mode, local Vice Control access) require an active paid enrollment tier. Financial billing protocols are securely processed entirely through the Google Play Store billing channels via RevenueCat infrastructure. Plan cycles auto-renew natively unless formally halted 24 hours prior via your standard Google Play subscription portal. Subscriptions auto-renew at the selected plan rate ($9.99/month or $69.99/year) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

3. Anti-Cheat Integrity

To preserve absolute operational discipline, the app locks completion flags against system timestamps synchronized with Cloud Firestore. We assume zero accountability for streak drops caused by physical battery failures, operating system background task terminations, or unintended manual confirmations.

4. Ad Distribution Safety Controls

Free system configurations deploy native adaptive banners and transitionary interstitials. Interstitial triggers maintain an explicit 10-minute system cooldown guard hook to preserve ad ecosystem safety and eliminate invalid traffic behaviors.
